Kate Spade's models were accessorizing with shoes that looked a little too familar at the brand's Spring 2016 show this morning. In fact, it looked like the brand had almost exactly replicated Valentino's famous Rockstud heels and flats, along with a little Kate Spade-esque bow on the toe.
As soon as the brand posted a close-up of the heels on its Instagram feed, fans were quick to pick up on the Valentino similarities. "Valentino meets Kate Spade?" one commenter asked. Others were more blunt: "Now everyone is going to be walking around in wannabe @maisonvalentino!" user @nathalia_ak wrote. But even with the copycat features pointed out, most were just excited to get their hands on the (probably way less expensive) shoes. Another one of the 334 commenters wrote: "I. NEED. THESE." Within an hour, the picture had racked up over 8.8K likes.
