Logic says, Katy Perry should have the best Burning Man costume of all time. The pop star routinely dresses like a human firework and dances with costumed adult-sized aquatic creatures. However, from what we can gather from this footage of Katy trying to dance(?) on a Segway scooter in the Playa her furry coat topped get-up is almost normal, especially by festival standards. Leave it to Katy to go to the epicenter of WTF fashion and still get cited by the fashion police.
