In every relationship, there comes a special moment where two people take a leap of faith together, never to return to the desolate shores of loneliness — no, not the act of saying "I love you," nor moving into an apartment together. It's saving the other person's face as your phone background. One couple who has just made said leap: model and MasterChef champion Gigi Hadid and "average bro" Zayn Malik.
After Gigi Hadid landed at Charles de Gaulle airport for Paris Fashion Week Men's yesterday, the paparazzi managed to take photos of something besides her awesome heart- and star-adorned pants: Her phone background, which features the black-and-white face of a certain gray-haired (in a fashion way, not because he's old) former One Directioner.
A Zayn Malik watchdog Twitter account shared the photo:
And rather adorably, a Gigi Hadid watchdog Twitter account confirmed its validity via a video later on.

The one remaining question can only be solved once a paparazzi manages to take a photo of Zayn's phone background. Let us hope for Gigi's sake that it isn't one of those default close-ups of bird feathers.
