Mickey Drexler, J.Crew CEO, first listed his apartment with interiors by celebrated designer Thierry Despont back in early 2015 for $35 million. And there it sat for only a few months before being de-listed in July, after a price chop that took it to $29 million. Now, the apartment is back on the market with new listings photos (which show off Despont's quirky-but-swanky design) and an even bigger price chop: it's asking "just" $25 million.
