Tonight, the Screen Actors Guild (specifically, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey) will present legendary comedian Carol Burnett with the Lifetime Achievement Award. For the rest of the actors and actresses in attendance, the event generally requires the wearing of high heels or maybe marginally more comfortable wedges. But when you've reached the status of icon, as Carol Burnett has, you opt for the same shoes you'd wear while lounging around the house — that is, straight-up Ugg slippers.
Upon arriving at the Shrine auditorium in LA for tonight's award ceremony, she chose a delightful kelly green skirt suit, bedazzled fringe top, and the best shoes on the red carpet so far. She and Woody Harrelson clearly have it all figured out.
