Jewelry designer Anna Sheffield launched a new collection today called Celestine. The line includes necklaces, rings, and modular earrings and ear jackets that can be mixed and matched. (So you can wear a rose gold stud with a pearl jacket, or a pearl earring paired with an emerald jacket, and so on, on the same ear — not just on different lobes.)
Sheffield explains that the earrings are similar in concept to the still-very-popular ring-stacking trend that often plays a key part in her bridal suites. "We always champion the irreverent and ever-evolving personal style," she says. "These earrings are a natural evolution of our best-selling stacking and nesting ring sets. I've been working to expand our fine jewelry offering in a way that follows the same proposition and in categories outside of ceremonial rings."
And while she continues to add to that fine jewelry line, it's worth noting that everything in the ceremonial collections (wedding bands, engagement rings) work just as well on any finger. Take it from this very-single editor, who owns two.
