Amal Clooney's usual style can be described as somewhere between "lawyer-themed superhero tastefully fighting injustice" and "the only person in the 21st century who can pull off elbow-length gloves." Sometimes, though, even the toughest human rights lawyer wants to switch things up, particularly when faced with Giambattista Valli.

At the premiere of the Coen Brothers' latest film, Hail, Caesar!, last night, Amal accompanied her trophy husband on the red carpet, and while George opted for his usual unassuming dark suit, Amal went with a change of pace.

The white, floral-embellished skater dress is reportedly a custom design inspired by the Italian designer's spring 2015 couture collection. Paired with a cute side chignon and a bright red lip, the full look offers a rare glimpse into the maximum twee end of the Amal Clooney sartorial scale.
