During tonight's Oscars red carpet, Total Beauty tweeted something about Oprah's shoulder tattoo. But it wasn't Oprah; it was Whoopi Goldberg.
Oprah and Whoopi are arguably two very recognizable celebrities, which makes the mistake particularly confounding. But the fact that this year's Oscar nominees are almost completely white — and Whoopi is one of the few women of color walking tonight's red carpet — it's even more upsetting. Twitter reacted immediately to call out the flub.
