Ariana Grande has officially reached the clothing collaboration phase of her career, because what are pop stars if not occasional models for brands? The singer recently released her own agender fragrance with her brother Frankie. Now, WWD reports that she's collaborating with British brand Lipsy.
WWD notes that this is Grande's first fashion collection and that she's also been named the face of the brand.
The first line from Grande and Lipsy will launch on March 2nd and Grande clearly had her fanbase in mind when she was designing the collection. It includes teenybopper favorites like day dresses, party dresses, and prom dresses, skirt sets, plus a biker jacket for the girl who saw Taylor Swift wear the style once but won't watch Rebel Without a Cause until college.
The collection is also set at prices that will make fans squeal. Tops start at $46 and $51 for dresses; WWD doesn't include the top prices.
"It's so great getting to collaborate with Lipsy to do something special for my fans," Grande tells WWD. "The line is youthful, affordable and I know my fans will love it."
If you're looking for everything you need to copy Grande's look — ponytails not included — look for the styles to hit Lipsy's stores and website March 2nd. Grande will launch a second collection for summer in May.
