Here comes New York Fashion Week! The twice-yearly parade of collections (and #brand stunts) officially kicks off this Thursday, February 11th, bringing with it a monsoon of fashion news: over-the-top runway shows, celebrity appearances, party reports, and much, much more.

Often times, it's hard to believe the bonkers headlines that come out of NYFW, like "Kanye Confirms Yeezy Season 3 and New Album Debut at Madison Square Garden," or "Tommy Hilfiger’s NYFW Show Will Have a Dedicated Area for Instagram Influencers" (which are both 100% true, somehow).

To prepare ourselves for the imminent mania, we had a little fun with some of fashion week's recurring characters and ever-present brands and created a generator for absurd — but not improbable — fashion week headlines.

Click "Make Me News" below to hatch a fresh headline, then melt the internet by sharing it on Twitter or Facebook.
