When life seems bleak, as it so often does during this grayest time of year, sometimes all we need is a princess telling us that everything's going to be okay. This was the strategy used by Kate Middleton, who in honor of Children's Mental Health Week, spoke in a video promoting the charity Place2Be, which provides emotional support to children in the UK.

While much of the British press was focused on her seemingly uneven brow penciling skills, Kate was busy talking to four very, very adorable British children about their feelings and how they cope with stressful situations. "When I feel sad, I don't always do my work sometimes," said one. (Same.)
