Kanye West's tweets can range from explosive and emotional to informational and, well, emotional. Last night, the rapper's tweets fell firmly in the latter camp as he shed a some light on his own designs and those of Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing's. Here, we've condensed and ranked the most important things you need to know from 'Ye's 21-tweet missive.
Vetements' Demna Gvasalia Designed for Yeezy
Kanye reports in his tweets that he got help on Yeezy Season 1 from hot-shot designer Gvasalia. "We've bounced ideas and references for years since the time when he designed for YEEZY Season 1," he writes.
this is my friend and we've bounced ideas and references for years since the time when he designed for YEEZY Season 1.

Balmain's Fall 2016 Show Was Inspired by Kim Kardashian
According to Kanye, Rousteing's latest collection for Balmain was designed "around my wife." We'd advise you to take that with a grain of salt, but there were plenty of the lingerie-inspired looks that Kim has been known to wear on the red carpet.
In the same tweet, Kanye also refers to Kim as "our modern day everything."
I thank Olivier for designing his collection around my wife… this is visionary as I believe that Kim is our modern day everything.

Suit Jackets Are, Like, 5 Million Years Ago
Bonafide fashion influencer Kanye says that he hates suit jackets and just hours later Men's Wearhouse announces it's shutting down hundreds of stores. Can we really just sweep this under the rug as a coincidence?
'Ye says putting a suit jacket on women "was a groundbreaking idea 5 million years ago."
I don’t personally like suit jackets anymore.

The Fashion World Is Fake, But for Carine Roitfeld
"Fake Fake Fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake." That's Kanye's description of people in the fashion world. Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
The one exception is Roitfeld. "The fashion world is sooooooo fake and Carine is one of the very few real people in fashion," he writes.
Fake Fake Fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake … just my analysis

Kanye Says Gvasalia Used The Life of Pablo Hoodies in His Show
This would have been a cool tidbit had it been true, but Vetements appeared to use hoodies with its own phrases on them. There were hardly and hoodies to speak of at Gvasalia's Balenciaga show.
I thank Demna for using the "I feel like Pablo" sweatshirts in his show,

So what have we learned? Kanye hates suit jackets, but loves to have real friends and enlist their help.
