Lauren Conrad Matched Her Face to Her Belt

Last night, Lauren Conrad, the person, held a party for Lauren Conrad, the brand, where they fêted Celebrate, their new book about entertaining and party planning. Everything was as it should be — various tones of pink, balloons for photographic purposes, and flowers, a bunch of them — except for her lipstick. It was a deep, dark berry gloss. It's a trendy, vampy color, but looked whack in this context, on this particular face, which is only ever filtered through a pink mist, whether real or imagined.

But look closer. The lip color matches the belt bifurcating her light pink dress. She matched her face to her belt. She matched her face to her belt.
