Chloë Sevigny & Jimmy Choo Are A Match Made in... Wait What?

Actress, director, designer, and indie icon Chloë Sevigny linked up with Jimmy Choo for an exclusive editorial shoot. The sunny images were shot in the Florida Keys during the filming of Sevigny's Netflix show, Bloodline. In the editorial, Sevigny nonchalantly models jeweled sunglasses, bright white sneakers and pumps, and intense knee-high flat open-toed boots.

If you're thinking that Sevigny (last seen in Apple Watch ads) is an unexpected choice for Jimmy Choo's sky-high stiletto image, the brand is one step ahead of you.

"Chloë reflects the edgier, more daring side of the Jimmy Choo woman. I love the fact that she’s a bit unexpected and has such a unique and creative aesthetic making our collection work with her style," Jimmy Choo creative director Sandra Choi said in a press release.

Jimmy Choo also interviewed Sevigny, asking her questions about vintage shopping and her wardrobe. Turns out she's saved most everything she's ever worn. "I have an extensive archive in Connecticut and have held on to most of my wardrobe from high school on," Sevigny said.

Since the editorial is road trip-themed, Jimmy Choo also asked Sevigny if she's ever been on any memorable road trips. Chloë's answer is just a reminder that her life is way cool:

One of my favorite road trips I took with my friend Tara Subkoff, her parents had given her their old car and we were driving it from Connecticut to Los Angeles. We had to rush because I was nominated for an Oscar and we had to make it in time. It was my first time seeing the Southwest of America and I was awe struck by the scope and beauty.Watch Sevigny playing pool and lounging in a shabby motel room in the campaign video below.
