What Karen Elson, Ciara, and Kanye Wore to the Givenchy Show

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The front row at Givenchy is always good for a celeb or two dozen. Designer Riccardo Tisci is good buddies with the Kardashian-West tribe and the clothes he makes are regularly on the backs of fashion's favorite singers and actresses, including Beyoncé and Rooney Mara (the later just last week at the Oscars, in fact, with Adele and The Weeknd wearing the brand). So the FROW is less of a "will there be anyone good" and more of a "which A-listers, exactly, will be there" situ.

Today's answers: Kanye and Kris Jenner representing the letter K; Ciara looking great in trousers with Russell Westbrook in tow; Daniel Day-Lewis's apparently fine son, Gabriel-Kane; mom and daughter fashion power due Carine and Julia; Chris Brown — no comment; pensive Bradley Cooper, and many, many more.

Obviously they were all dressed by the brand, most of the ladies appearing to be wearing the lacy spring collection (which was shown last year in New York, on 9/11 at that). See all the pretty faces in the gallery above.
