Remember when actress/entrepreneur/lover of all things artisanal Blake Lively memorably told Marie Claire she wanted to "spit out a litter of kids" back in mid-2014? Well, it looks like she’s well on her way. According to Us Weekly, the star and her husband Ryan Reynolds will preserve (ha!) their enviable DNA in the form of a second child, meaning their 16-month-old daughter James will soon have a little brother or sister.
Neither Lively nor Reynolds has personally confirmed the news yet — but considering that Lively only announced her first pregnancy (in the form of a stunning photo shoot for her now-defunct site Preserve, RIP) once she had a very visible baby bump, this isn’t too surprising. We’ll be keeping an eye on the couple’s social feeds for updates — which we hope come sooner rather than later, so we can start daydreaming all about the fantastic maternity outfits to come (and preparing ourselves for even more dad jokes).
