Looks like all those "Kenyan marathon runner" sex sessions concluded in the biologically ideal result: Olivia Wilde is pregnant! Again! She and fiancé Jason Sudeikis are officially expecting their second child together.

This afternoon, she made the announcement on Instagram, posting a photo of herself and two-year-old son Otis captioned with "matching baby bumps."
