Justin Bieber Finally Addressed His Universally Despised Dreadlocks

Perhaps in response to hair-watchers having turned their attention to a different celebrity, Justin Bieber addressed his generally despised dreadlocks today via a typically twerpy Instagram video.

Make no mistake, though — said video offers nothing in the way of an explanation. Instead, he utilizes the accent from The Californians, of all accents, to tell the story of when a fan came up to him and was all like, "I love you Justin, but that's like, my least favorite hairstyle of yours." (Same.)
