Kate Middleton Wears Green Lace to Celebrate the Queen's 90th

It's Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday! Despite not attending the Queen's daytime joyride around Windsor, the faces of the monarchy's younger generation, Prince William, Prince Harry, and Kate Middleton are attending a private, 70-guest dinner this evening in her honor.

Perhaps inspired by the birthday queen (literally), the Duchess of Cambridge is also wearing green for the occasion. A royal photographer snapped a photo through the window of a car carrying her, William, and Harry en route to Windsor in what appears to be a long-sleeved, lacy green dress.

According to the watchdog blog What Kate Wore, the gown could be Dolce & Gabbana, specifically this one (which, of course, is sold out):
