When browsing red carpet images from a celebrity-packed event like the iHeart Radio Music Awards, it's easy to skip past the lesser-known faces with a frown and a dismissive "meh." That's particularly true when you're scouting for the best looks of the night, since newbie famouses don't have the same pull with high fashion designers that the Taylors and Selenas of the world do.

Fortunately, original style transcends the ability to lock down one of Hedi Slimane's final creations for Saint Laurent. On that note, we'd like to introduce you to the teen recording artist known as That Poppy, who rolled onto the red carpet on Sunday night wearing a pastel pastry of a dress with matching leggings and white velcro sneakers. It was beyond adorable, made even more so by the fact that it was an outfit repeat: she wears the same dress in the music video for her song "Lowlife." (That Poppy's EP, "Bubblebath," came out in February.)

To fully grasp That Poppy's aesthetic, though, you need to spend an hour or two on her Instagram or YouTube channel, the videos on which capture her oddball, alien spirit. She's cute, but bizarre. And endlessly charming for it.

I love my fans
