Last night, the final American Idol crown went to a grown man named Trent. He won over La'Porsha Renae, and folks were very, very surprised.
Over the course of the 15th season finale, Ryan Seacrest welcomed to the stage judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr. as well as former winners and runners-up including Carrie Underwood, Jordin Sparks, Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia, and LaToya London for performances.
The red carpet also featured plenty of fourth, fifth, and eleventh runners-up from the show's past seasons. AI's original judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson even posed for a shot together. Above, take a look at what everyone wore to bid the show adieu.
