Kylie Jenner's New Black Lip Kit Veers Dangerously Into Mall Goth Territory

Mall goths young and old, suburban and city, meet your new leader. Her name is Kylie Jenner, and you've probably never heard of her. Maybe don't Google her right away, though, because all you really need to know is that she has a new line of very, very black metallic liquid lipstick.

Last month, the beauty mogul — which, again, no need to Google — launched a "metallic" version of her existing matte and gloss Lip Kits. What's notable about the new shade is that unlike her other metallic options, which include copper ("Reign"), gold ("King"), and rose gold ("Heir"), the new black shade is actually difficult to find elsewhere. While competitors like Jeffree Star and Kat Von D sell black liquid lipstick, they don't sell black metallic liquid lipstick.

The new shade will be called "Majesty," and you can see it in action on Kylie herself below. No word on whether it'll be available when she restocks her Lip Kits on her online store on Thursday, but we'll keep you posted.
