Since Christopher Nolan's World War II movie Dunkirk started filming earlier this month, One Direction fans have managed to sneak plenty of photos of Harry Styles on the set of his first film. What they haven't managed to uncover: the plot.
But by now, enough photos have leaked from the set via social media that we can kind of, maybe, but also definitely know exactly what this movie is going to be about. Or at least exactly what we hope it's about. Either way, here is a very good guess as to the actual Dunkirk screenplay, paired with photo evidence:
EXT. QUAINT FRENCH TOWN — MORNING
We open in the winding streets of DUNKIRK, an adorable town in France. HARRY STYLES, 22, lives in one of these houses, probably.
And I mean like, really quaint. How quaint? This quaint:
There are even like, adorable old cars and stuff:
CUT TO: EXT. WOODS — MORNING
Harry is returning home in said quaint French town after a long journey of picking some fresh blueberries in the woods. They're definitely for a GIRL, age irrelevant, played by an actress who looks like an amalgam of every One Direction fan ever, who's waiting back at the house.
He is kind of sweaty from the hike, but in a very cute way.
Oh no! Harry realizes he's locked out of his extremely quaint house. He takes a moment to think about what he should do next, because he doesn't want to wake up his sleeping girlfriend.
He hops the fence, determined to deliver these blueberries at their peak freshness:
Upon landing on the other side, though, Harry cuts his hand! There's blood everywhere, but he manages to craft a bandage out of some old leaves and tree sap. He's very resourceful like that.
See? He's completely fine.
EXT. RESTAURANT — MIDDAY
By now, Harry Styles and the girlfriend who looks exactly like every One Direction fan have finished their blueberries. They then duck into this little café and hold hands for nine hours:
