Update: False alarm. Lauren Conrad announced on Twitter that she's simply filming an "anniversary special" that won't air until August 2nd. AUGUST. Our original post is below.

During a week in which everyone is talking about Lauren Conrad (May 31st is the tenth anniversary of The Hills), the star just gave everyone yet another, far more important thing to discuss — one that suggests that she might not be done with reality shows just yet.

Last night, she posted an Instagram photo of herself fluffing a bridesmaid gown from her clothing line, Paper Crown, captioned with "Never thought I'd see the day." Just behind her, there's a camera crew member, on which she's tagged MTV.

What does it mean? Well, it could result in anything from a "Where Are They Now?"-style reunion of The Hills (boring) to a full-blown reality show about Lauren's adventures in fashion designingbook writing, and adorable party hosting (less boring). Back in 2011, she shot a pilot for for a reality show about her Paper Crown line, until MTV decided it was "too highbrow" and pulled the plug.

Could this finally be the reality show the world never saw? MTV News is suggesting that we "check Lauren's Twitter account" on Tuesday, May 31st at 11 a.m. EST, so guess we'll find out then.
