Taylor Swift and Haim's Post-Met Gala Slumber Party Had a Very Strict Dress Code

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Taylor Swift and the sisters Haim turn down just as easily as they turn up. After last night's Met Ball, which Swift co-chaired, they went to the after party at The Standard Hotel. And after the after party, they went to their own after party, a slumber party.

The dress code was strict; only animal-based onesies were permitted. No more Louis Vuitton robot fit-and-flare for Swift. No more goth angel Rodarte for Haims.

With celebs fancy as this being so "stars! They're just like us! Pizza? W O W!,"  Anna Wintour may as well consider Animal Onesies: Sartorial Irreverence in the Internet Age for next year's Met Ball theme.
