At a Michael Kors event in London where Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Chastain, and more toasted the brand's latest store opening, Solange Knowles wore some really great pants. They're the pants that you see at a party and are like "those are good pants," and then "all of my pants suck," but then "this shouldn't be a my-pants-versus-those-pants thing. I should just be happy those pants exist in the world."
The bottoms are Michael Kors (of course) and they're from his fall 2016 collection. The way they were styled on the runway was a lot of look:

Solange, meanwhile, let the pants do their job — i.e. spread light and joy in any room — by keeping her top simple, black, and business casual.

Also, by staying constantly in motion so the fringe could be observed in full force.
Unfortunately, these specific pants aren't available for purchase at the moment, but a similar, fringe-free version can be found on the Michael Kors website for just shy of $5,000. The jacket, on the other hand, is a cool $1,395. Here's a cheaper version of Solange's sparkle pants.
