Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Imagine if Anna Wintour showed you around her favorite places in New York. She'd probably take you to, like, that super-expensive MoMA restaurant or something? Bergdorf's, probably? Not so, at least according to Maya Rudolph.

Last night on her new sketch show Maya & Marty, Rudolph debuted her Anna Wintour impression — complete with accent, wig, Chanel suit, and double sunglasses (for good measure). In the segment called "My New York," Rudolph-as-Wintour reveals that her New York is actually a lot more like, well, your New York.

"To me there is no place more New York than Han's Deli Bodega," she says, as her limo rolls up to a charmingly average corner shop with beer, lotto tickets, and one of those mysterious-looking lunch buffets. Her preference? Jell-O, hot sauce packets, and imitation crab.

Oh, and then the entire Vogue staff, as well as Karl Lagerfeld (Martin Short, complete with hilarious German accent), shows up. Watch the whole thing below.
