There's no right way to get dressed for transitional weather (or hell, even freezing cold office temperatures in the dead of summer). But there are ways to do it beyond tossing on a standard-issue cardigan.

For their fall 2016 runway collections, brands like Vetements, Hood by Air, Kenzo, and Maison Margiela tackled layering with a more is more approach. Off the street at Copenhagen’s International Fashion Week, attendees proved that masterful layering can be done IRL, too. Here’s some inspiration, and how to recreate it.
