Yes, Matt Lauer Has Always Worn a Choker

This morning, the Today show featured a segment on the trend of men wearing chokers, which is more accurately described as the “trend” of ASOS putting chokers in its men’s section. It was then that one of the show’s 78 co-hosts, Matt Lauer, decided to unbutton his shirt and reveal that he’d actually been wearing one all along.

“They’re late to the game,” he said, referring to the British online retailer. “Because guys, I have been wearing a choker for years. I’m not kidding. For years.”

Matt Lauer may have sounded like he was kidding, but folks, Matt Lauer is correct.
