Forget boots or seasonal drinks or saving money on my electric bill because I can finally turn off my AC — sweaters are without question the best part of fall finally deciding to show up.

And why wouldn’t they be? Sweaters are the one piece of clothing that are comfy enough to wear sprawled out all over your couch and put-together enough to be part of your day-to-day wardrobe, regardless of where you’re going or what you’ll be doing there. They’re impossible to not like (even if you aren’t as excited about them as I am) thanks to the fact that you can find one to suit any style — neutral or rainbow-colorblocked, cable-knit or cashmere.

Check out over a dozen of our favorite styles below; some are from mall brands like Gap and H&M, while others come from contemporary lines like Dusen Dusen and Lacausa. Regardless of which ones you’re into, we have no doubt that you’ll want to wear them all season long.
