Up Your Pajama Game Before Thanksgiving

There are a million things to worry about when preparing to spend the holidays with your family or your significant other’s family. Who’s going to still be holding that grudge from three years ago, who’s going to hit the liquor table a little too hard, pretending to like your aunt’s weird casserole, avoiding politics talk... the list goes on.

Packing generally comes in last on that list (at least for me), which means I inevitably forget something. Last year, the thing I forgot was comfortable but not-awful-looking lounge clothes — aka exactly what one would want to wear while internet shopping and watching holiday movies all day after binge-eating comfort food with one’s entire extended family.

This year I’m not going to mess that up. Instead, I’m coming armed with a new set of cute pajamas, packable slippers, and a pair or two of sweatpants that can totally pass for normal pants if I just throw on a nice sweater. Check out some of my favorite presentable lounge clothes below from brands like Cuyana, H&M, and Sleepy Jones. Here’s the best part: Any of these items would double as a great gift for a friend or loved one who likes to be cozy.
