I’ve never been much of a Dakota Johnson fan. It’s not just that she’s kind of flat, she actually seems glum, like she doesn’t want to be wherever she is. She’s kind of boring in interviews, and tends to play pretty bland characters on screen (see: How to Be Single, Fifty Shades).
However, I absolutely love everything Johnson wears, both on and (especially) off the red carpet. This is especially inconvenient because Johnson loves expensive shoes, bags, and outerwear as much as she seemingly loathes picking interesting roles.
Below, a short list of pricey items that, over the past few months, I have been tempted to purchase thanks to Dakota Johnson:
But really, which is more unacceptable: Ponying up almost $5,000 for that Gucci jacket, or paying $15 to see Fifty Shades Darker in theaters?
