This morning, Vetements’s much-anticipated collaboration with iconic shoe brand Manolo Blahnik, which debuted on the runway at Paris Couture Week last July, finally landed at Net-a-Porter. And in news unlikely to shock anyone remotely familiar with Vetements’s curious success story, most of the collection sold out within minutes despite its four-figure price tags.

The first style to fly off the (digital) shelves? The pointy satin pumps scrawled with Blahnik’s signature in black ink along the sides, priced at $1,725 per pair and available in green, black, blue, or purple.

Didn’t snag a pair? Don’t despair — it’d be pretty easy to DIY these puppies. Simply grab a Sharpie and the satin heels of your choice (preferably Manolos, but if you want to use Aldos, I won’t tell!), and scribble that sig. Ta-da! You just saved a ton of cash.

I mean, come on.

It’s worth mentioning that other similarly sold-out styles from the collab, like these $3,380 autographed thigh-high boots and these $2,225 heels that look like they got caught in an escalator, also seem fairly easy to make at home.
