At last night’s Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, Zendaya won big in two ways: Not only did she take home the Favorite Female TV Star for her role on K.C. Undercover, but she also exemplified high-low style better than anyone else on the orange carpet.
For the occasion, Zendaya slipped into some pricey thigh-high suede boots by Le Silla, which can be yours for a cool $1,081, and a wide diamond choker from Nirav Modi. But the kicker? Her copper-colored slip dress, a piece from the actress’s own Daya by Zendaya collection, cost only $38. She finished off her look with an easy center-parted ponytail and a swipe of eyeshadow that perfectly matched her dress.
Zendaya’s been committed to keeping Daya’s price points accessible since she first launched the line last year; almost nothing costs more than $150. “If you’re a college student, you’re not gonna be able to buy a $500 jacket,” she told Racked at the time. “You got rent, you got food, you know?” Considering that the Kids’ Choice Awards are largely watched by, well, kids, it seems fitting that she’d choose to wear something her young fans can actually afford to buy for themselves.
Below, shop Zendaya’s dress in black (she promises her copper version will be shoppable soon!), along with her exact boots and a similar version of her jewels.
