Sienna Miller’s post-theater looks are so on point. Sweaters, trench coats, sweatpants, logo tees, messy buns — it’s everything I actually want to wear for fall, and none of the things runways and trend reports tell me I’m supposed to wear for fall. I’ll take worn-in loafers over red latex sock boots with a kitten heel any day (well, almost).
The actress is currently starring in a West End production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, and while she looks great on stage, she looks great on her way home. Pairing skinny jeans and oversized sweaters, sweatpants and trench coats, plaid and gingham, and seemingly putting comfort above all else, her stellar style is one a normal human can replicate. And one — I’ll venture a guess here — that isn’t actually put together by a stylist.
You could buy the Rag + Bone sweater she wore on Wednesday night, or you could grab any pink sweater and pair it with gray jeans. You could purchase her Burberry trench and throw it over skinny sweats, but it’s a thing you probably already have in your closet (I love my old Ann Taylor trench; here’s a cute Topshop version). And that’s the kind of style that’s actually fun to check out.
