Free People opens its festival shop today, the expertly merchandised shortcut to all things flared, fringed, and vaguely Native American-inspired. No one owns the made-up-but-actually-kind-of-genius "festival dressing" category quite like Free People, and its selection this year extends far beyond caftan maxis and wide brim hats to include hammocks, tipis, and hand-painted tambourines.

Accompanying the festival shop is a dedicated lookbook starting model Matha Hunt. Titled "Go Your Own Way," it pairs edgier elements like band tees, boyish shorts, and heavy black eyeliner with boho staples including lace dresses, flouncy crop tops, and lightweight duster coats. Have a look at everything in the gallery above, and shop the pieces here. Coachella weekend one is but 17 days away.
