If you're familiar with legendary multihyphenate Beatrix Ost, you might know her mantra, "In your body is a good place to be." But during a recent visit to her New York City apartment — spectacularly located next to Central Park — she discussed the meaning behind the motto. "You cannot go outside always listening to everybody, looking around [and asking] 'Who are the others? How do they look? What are they wearing?' You have to first know yourself," she explains.
